A Texarkana investment banker pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to swindling clients out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Mark Wayne Jaster could receive up to 20 years in a federal prison and a fine of $250,000 for his guilty plea to one count of wire fraud.
