Wisconsin surgeon indicted on fraud (The Forex Market)

APPLETON, Wis. (AP) - A Wisconsin surgeon is indicted on federal charges of defrauding an insurance company of nearly $755,000. Dr. Gope Hotchandani (hotch-ah-DAH’-nee) is accused of committing health care fraud by misrepresenting conditions of his patients.
